I’m so grateful for the incredible customer service I received! I thought my coffee maker was broken, but it turns out the system had simply entered cleaning mode, which I didn’t realize could affect how it functions. I was confused and a bit frustrated, but thanks to Maricel’s help, everything is working perfectly now.She patiently guided me through the steps to reset the machine and exit the cleaning cycle. Her kindness, clear instructions, and professionalism made all the difference. I’m back to enjoying my coffee, and I couldn’t be happier!Not only is the product excellent—easy to use, reliable, and great quality—but the customer support is just as impressive. This coffee maker is horrible, it has a smell and taste of the machine (plastic) that passes into the coffee, today I tried to make a coffee, but first I decided to only use hot water before putting in the capsule, so I could clean the entire system, impossible, now in addition to the plastic smell it smells rotten 🤢

I recommend it 100%. The coffee maker is beautiful and very practical. I sent it as a gift to my mom in Cuba, and she loved it because it works with Cuban coffee along with tap coffee from here in the United States. Not bad at all. She loved it, and I highly recommend it. A tremendous gift. It works in Cuba.

I have had this machine for 5 months and have also read most of the reviews so I wanted to write a review of my experience using this machine. If you are used to the official Dolce Gusto machines you have the option of programming the amount of water that you want. This does not do that - it uses what the manufacturer of the of the capsule intended. For example I use the Dolce Gusto Cafe au Lait. The actual capsule is programmed for the best cup of coffee that is about 6 ounces. So if you just put the capsule in this machine, you will get an output of only 6 ounces. However, I like it at 12 ounces of water. So I leave the capsule in when it brews the first 6 ounces and then just push the button to run the water once again. I've seen comments that it makes the lower end of the manufacturers recommendations. The same goes for K kups. Most k kup capsules are designed for an 8 ounce cup of coffee. If you want more you can either run it twice and get a 16 ounce cup from a capsule, or you can push the stop button when your cup is at the amount of water you desire. It will stop. And you will have the hot cup of coffee you want. This brewer is amazing if you like all the brands like Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Keurig....you cannot buy all of those for the price of this one, which makes it a super value. I have not used it for anything but Dolce Gusto brand, and I love it. Brewing speed is typical for the amount of pressure that some of the cups require. Especially if you are using Dolce Gusto or Nespresso cups since they require so much pressure to blend the coffee through the cup. As for the forced cleaning which will stop the machine from working until it is done - the machine will stop after 200 times of making coffees to force cleaning of the machine - I have not had that happen yet. But should there be a problem with the machine I will update my review to make this a thorough review of how it works and how you can get the best cup of coffee. I am giving this machine 4 stars instead of 5 because it would need to allow for users to set how much water they want in their coffee without having to run a capsule 2x to get the water they want. Other than that as of now I love how this machine makes a great hot cup of coffee using all the popular capsules of even the most expensive machines out there all for a reasonable price. Worked great for three months. Now doesn’t work at all. I can’t find anyone to reach out to that could fix it. Powers on but won’t brew. Don’t recommend unfortunately.

I am a real customer and a real coffee drinker. I had been very happy with the Dolce Gusto machines and wore mine out after many years. Since they are being phased out, I looked for a machine that could still use my Dolce Gusto pods. I found this machine not only could use these pods, but several other brands especially Illy, my other favorite coffee. I read the reviews and I was also concered about the high pitch sound it first made so I contacted the seller. They explained it is not a defect, but the pressure (sound) is needed for the espresso. (I then remembered that I have also heard similar noise at espresso shops.) Then, two months into the use of my machine, I experienced what one reviewer mentioned about the machine not working and lights flashing on the control panel. I tried to figure out what the problem was and contacted the seller again. The machine needed cleaning and they walked me through the process-- I guess I did not see that in the manual! So, I think it's a great coffee/espresso maker with great customer service. I will add, regarding the comments about leakage, that in the past with my other machines, that occurred when I tried to use various knock-off pods that are less expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Made ok coffee but very good nespresso. Was clunky, not intuitive and I really hated the design so I’m not devastated it conked out but was expensive for the end result
