I bought this product because it seemed like the best value for the money. I was skeptical, but hopeful.I was astonished after a month of taking this, that hair started growing in little sprouts at my hairline!After six months, I had a thick growth at my hairline and it's no longer receded.One year later, I now have long bangs at my previous missing hairline.Both ingredients also seem to help with women's hormonal support, although it's primarily a product geared towards men with prostate issues.Amazing enough, my hair has grown back with my original dark color, although not everywhere.But this may also be due to taking 500 mg of Paba (a B-vitamin) twice daily. I also take a total of 200 mg of the entire Vitamin B-Complex.I'm starting to go through perimenopause, so I've noticed that I no longer get the occasional hot flash.I take 3 capsules once a day to avoid hot flashes and for my hair. If that's too much to swallow at one time, then take it individually. But you should adjust the dosage to your needs.I've been taking this a year, without any side effects or stomach issues. No particular flavor to capsule.Also, my girlfriend's husband tried it & raved about it to her!He regrew hair in most of his previous bald spots and it helped with his prostate by no longer getting urine leakage. He didn't get all his hair back. He and his wife both think he looks a lot better though.Of course, always check with your doctor before taking any supplements.
