Warning!!
This is *NOT* a USB socket at one end and RJ11 plug at the other end. The RJ11 fit the phone OK but the other end must be a Plantronics socket of its own - so it is useless to me. So it will only fit Plantronic headsets not the many others.

Didn't work
I bought this for work, so that I could use a headset, rather than the handset – we "hot desk" and there weren't enough connectors to go around. The connector fitted, and I could hear the person on the other end, but they couldn't hear me.Am returning this item for a refund.
