I ordered this for sea fishing. I got the high vis fluorescent yellow, it's good to see where your line is but even more useful if neighbouring friends can see where it is. 500m more than fills my reel and actually I back it with cheaper mono that won't leave the reel so it lasts even longer. Having 50lb breaking strain means I don't need a leader so it's straight through to the rig and less hassle. I didn't notice any dye coming off which I have had when loading other line. It's good stuff and worth the money because it lasts for ages.

I really like this braid, its so thin for 17LB. Its just 0.14mm thick, green and a lot thinner than the 15LB braid I usually fish with. Its 500mtr on a spool, but its so thin I am going to have to use backing line first or the 500mtr will almost all go on filling one spool.This is so thin that along with some 10LB fluorocarbon for trace lengths I should be invisible to the fish. Not a bad price either at around £31 for 500mtr at time of review. If its anything other than good quality in use I will update the review once I get it wet.

Over the years I have developed a preference for braided fishing lines as they tend to have much less stretch than monofilament combined with good knot strength. I have been using this SeaKnight X9 braid for bass fishing with lures and find that it lays nicely on the spools of my baitcasting reels and I have not had any issues with it tangling. I also like that it is smaller in diameter in relation to its breaking strain when compared with the mono line that I was using previously.The 500m spool was just the right amount to enable me to load my two small baitcasting reels which for the current price makes this line good value in my opinion. Overall I am very happy with the performance of this SeaKnight braided line and happy to recommend.

I'm pretty old school and as a kid, and for most of my adult life, I used monofilament. The trend seems to be more towards braid these days so thought I'd order this to see how I'd get on with it.The line feels quite supple, smooth and soft. It doesn't fray easily either. For 33lb it's very thin, obviously much thinner than the equivalent mono. The "hi vis yellow" lives up to it's name and it's a very nice bright colour. The quality to price ratio seems very good.Overall I'm very happy with this line. I've had no problems with it and it does the job.

Acquired item to review, and added into my ever building fishing kit. Always good to try something different.The package arrived on time, 17-80LB, 500M option. The line is coloured, looks great, plus the line itself is thin 0.14mm and light. It was well packed, good spool for keeping the line tidy.At the time of this review, £30.99 which to me seems a lot but considering it's 500M, does seem like a lot of line for the money.5/5

i personally love the colour. This fishing lines is not stretchy and very strong. its good quality with reasonable price. Highly recommended.
