I was very pleased with the quality of this e-scooter. The app works very well with it and it is soooooo much fun! Faster than I expected and very quiet. At just 26 pounds it's a breeze to get in and out of my small SUV. Quick shipping too!

Definitely better for kids, but works for adults too. App is Chinese but works OK. Scooter itself works great, seems to hold a charge. Light weight, speed is as advertised unless you are on the higher end of the accepted weight. Easy to assemble, decent value for the money though the shipping costs are absurd. I think I paid almost $80 for shipping, which as a Prime member I take exception to.

I bought this scooter for my son birthday in January. He started riding it in April and loved it! The speed and durability was good and he liked having the app. So I bought my other son one also to allow them to ride together. Unfortunately after only 2.5 months of use the scooter does not work. It will not turn on. This is disappointing because now I have purchased 2 items that may fail. If I had known this I would not have bought a second unit. I do not have a customer service number and it’s past the amazon return timeframe so I am out $200 and possibly $400 if the other one fails soon.

Not joking.. I'm a real person who bought this scooter and it was the best thing I bought. I'm having so much fun riding it all around town. This is the best thing I spent money on.. only complaint is the mobile app not connecting and the whole account set up process didn't let me create an account.. so other than that it's money well spent

I originally gave 1 star but now im changing it to 5 stars. My scooter stopped working after a month and i barely ride it. Just small quick store runs. Thats it. So i was highly upset it was just sitting for a month or 2 not working. Im pretty good with my hands so i was about to take it apart. But i contacted the seller first. They responded immediately told me what to do and now its back working. I applaud the seller for handling that so quickly. They responded so fast it took me a couple days to follow there instructions cause im at work alot. But they helped and i recommend them. Thankyou
