I was very satisfied with a similar power strip, the Upwade, that I used for travel last year and since our group was larger this year I thought I'd order a second. I noticed that for a few dollars more this power strip came with a couple converter plugs and a case was mentioned in passing. Functional the power strip is pretty much the same as the Upwade which met all my expectations as a travel power strip. That is it's compact, lightweight, allows two devices to be plugged in directly and has four USB ports for all those other devices that one has lug around on one's travels these days.As for the strip specifics: Fortunately I haven't had to test out the surge protection, so I can't speak to that. The description states if only two USB ports are used at a time they will provide a quick charge. I haven't actually verified that. I carry a quick charge cube that I plug into power strip and use that when I absolutely want a quick charge. I have plugged four devices at a time into the USB ports and charged them overnight and they were all fully charged in the morning. On complaint I keep seeing about these kinds of power strips is the difficulty of pushing two pronged plugs into the plug ports. This is a safety feature. I have had the same difficulty with run of the mill power strips at home. Some plugs seem to resist more than others, but I have yet to find a plug that won't go into the strip with a little additional jiggling.In addition to my satisfaction with the power strip the two included power adapters were a nifty surprise. I found them cleverly engineered to be compact and configurable to fit a variety of outlets around the world. As for the included case. This is a robust case that I wouldn't hesitate to purchase on its own. In addition to holding the power strip I adapted it to carry several adapter plugs as well. All in all this purchase is the perfect core of a traveling power kit.

I took this power strip all over Ireland and Scotland on a recent trip, and found it extremely convenient travel adapter that had just the right features and was well thought out. It is lightweight, making it easy to carry around while traveling. It has 2A capable USB charging ports, that can be used at the same time as a laptop or two are plugged in.The cord allows use even if the available outlet isn't conveniently positioned (such as underneath the seats on a train), bringing the USB charging ports and outlets to where they are convenient to use. The international adapters are nicely designed to pack together, reducing bulk. The case is really appreciated for keeping the international adapters together with the power strip so they don't get lost when not using it. I took this travel adapter with me everywhere on my trip and was able to provide conveniently accessible USB charging ports and outlets for myself and friends wherever we went. If I ever needed another travel adapter, I would definitely buy another, and have recommended this one to friends.The only downside, is that the original one I received had a manufacturing defect where the safety door covering the contacts on the outlets was a bit overzealous, making it difficult to plug things into the sockets. This was clearly a manufacturing defect, and the item was replaced by the seller. The replacement works perfectly.

Bought this for a European trip, where many hotels and VRBO's have limited plug-ins for the many devices we need to charge - both of us with phones, tablets, smart watches. This power strip has a light-weight cord which winds around the body of the charger and takes up minimal space in luggage. PLUS you only have to worry about taking one power adaptor for the specific region you are visiting, since all the devices can plug into the strip, with 2 regular plugs and 4 USB charging ports. It's nice to have all the devices at the bedside, rather than having to find 6 scattered outlets around the room. Even back here in the USA, I take it with me to hotels or to visit friends, just because it's so darn convenient. And it's holding up well with bunches of travel. Great product!

Excellent product. A must have for travelers: convenience, weight, carrying case, etc. However .... manufacturing could be improved. The cord length is mathematically precise. Folks, that’s not for people traveling. PLEASE add 1/4 of an inch more to its length so when you wrap it around and crimp the plug back in the saddle (wise idea by the way) you do not strain the cord, or the plug end or the saddle.

I live and work overseas and travel fairly frequently. I wanted an adapter that was surge protected and also accepted international plugs. This one met those criteria, is light weight and compact and has it's own carrying bag and a hard zip case to boot! The combo of two multi-plugs and 4 USB chargers works well for my office- accommodating my computer, printer- and then any phones/tablets I want to charge on USB.The included adapter plugs are exactly what I need for my travels in Asia- and are super compact and fit into their own hard case as well. It seems to be well made- but time will tell regarding reliability. Right now I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We just returned from a trip to Europe where we used this. European apartments aren't known for tons of outlets and we usually each charge a phone, I charge a tablet, I have a small rechargeable folding light for reading, an external battery, AND a small rechargeable fan. We were able to charge everything with just ONE outlet and one plug adapter. The USB outlets did not fast charge for me, nor did the regular plugs, but that could have been because we were using it with an adapter plug, or else my charging cords are cheap. However, it wasn't an issue; our phones and external battery fully charged overnight, and we left everything else charging during the day while we were gone. The case was handy for putting all the cords and our adapter in to keep everything together. I'm not sure how I lived without this thing before now, it's so handy!
