Well balanced, dull edge and sharp point, perfect for throwing spikes
This item was shipped and received quickly. They were a bit oily and needed to be wiped down, but this is likely a good thing, as it preserves the steel and keeps it from corroding before it is received. These things throw well, stick good, and are well balanced and crafted.

Pointy tip, squared edges
The media could not be loaded. The good thing about these is that they slide off my finger for a straight throw. These are designed for a straight release, no spin. There is a little hole in the handle but not much to tie onto for using these as a spear tip. The bad thing is they’re not actual knives. They’re like half-finished blanks. They’re more than blanks, they have some beveled contours and a tip, but they have no edge. The part that would be a knife edge is 90-degrees square, a thick 1/8” wide. These have no side/slice action, only a poke. The case is a typical stiff nylon with two pockets, a front single and a rear double, with a velcro strap to hold the front one in. The top flips over and snaps closed, and there’s a minimal belt loop. It doesn’t carry comfortably when moving, but adequately for standing and brief walking. The durability of the steel is very good. The metal is thick. It is stiff and resists rust well. There is no edge so there’s nothing to sharpen. Just a point that can be honed on a stone. I noticed mild left-right asymmetry with the bevels/point.I like the pockets in the case and the flap that covers the tops. It’s not a practical case for carrying on the belt, but good for storage and keeping in a bag.Decent set of throwing steel. A lot of weight for the length. These are fun to use. The price of $30 for the set is fair.

Excellent, high quality throwing knives, solid steel, weighted well, the sheaths are also nice
These are exceptional, very well-made, high-quality throwing knives, which (properly!) have blunt edges and sharp tips and come with a . They're made from a good grade of steel, they're easy to hold and weighted well for throwing, and they're great for anyone from a first-timer to an expert because they're no-spin knives so they work at almost any distance. They also come with two sheaths that each hold exactly 3 knives, or one each if you just use the upside-down portion of the sheath. The minor downside is that they're a little bit oily which you should definitely deal with before you throw them - wipe that off. You don't want to try to throw an oily knife! The steel is 3CR13 steel, which is a budget-friendly steel that's reasonably corrosion-resistant and is easy to sharpen. Considering these are throwing knives, it's a very decent steel grade, and many of the highest-rated throwing knives are made from the same steel. They've got decent edge (point) retention, I've thrown them into a tree a few times now and they aren't bent or blunted. As with any throwing knife, you'll need to sharpen the tip periodically, depending what you're throwing them into.I love how these are made, they're shaped perfectly for the fingers, and they're very easy to throw because they're smooth steel. You do need to wash off the oil that they come with that protects them from moisture and comes from the manufacturing process, because otherwise the smooth surface will be too slippery. You don't want to slip mid-throw, that would be a bad time! The sheaths are sturdy nylon which works well, with reinforcement around the edge for the tip-down knife. There's a loop to secure the knives into the sheath, and a belt strap on the back of the sheaths to carry them around in. Though, each sheath only holds 3 knives, so if you want to carry all 6 you'll need two sheaths on your belt, which strikes me as awkward. I wasn't sure which way to put them in the sheath, you would think tip-down but that strikes me as not ideal with how the sheaths are made. These are some great throwing knives, and I'm pretty new to throwing but even I can appreciate their quality. I'll keep using these as I get the opportunity, and I'll update this review if I have any issues with any of them.I only review things that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not mince words. I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.

Fun for all...and challenging!
I set up a nice large target in my backyard to work on these. I've not thrown anything like this before so I did spend a few mins learning how to do it properly online. Me and the fam spent a good hour tossing them into the wood and they have asked to do it more since. They are nice and there are three of them. Both sides are sharp and will stick into wood but only one side is an actual blade. They are weighted as they are supposed to be.My biggest recommendations are to learn how to throw first by watching some videos so that you don't get frustrated. There is a science to it and it will make the experience a lot more enjoyable. If you just go out there and throw, you will hit some, but probably miss most of them.Overall pretty fun.

Nice weight and sleek
I kind of bought these just on a whim to see what they'd be like and I can't say I'm disappointed. These are very nice throwing knives. They have a good point to them, their weight is balanced and they're fun to throw. I also like that it comes with a sheath to keep them safe and to keep the user safe. It's a sturdy sheath that you won't have to worry about the knives poking through. All three knives fit nicely in there without any issues. If you're looking for a first set of throwing knives or a new set, these should be ones you consider.

Exactly what I was hoping for...
These have sharp points, but relatively dull blades. They are weighted well and throw nicely and consistently. Having done axe throwing, I was eager to expand a bit, and these were heavy in the hand, easy to handle, and felt safe (or as safe throwing a pointed metal object could be). I plan to get more of them and build a home setup for friends and family. These are very much worth the price in my opinion.
