GLAD TO FIND AN OLD FRIEND!
I FIRST DISCOVERED DANISH ORCHARD PRESERVES IN THE LATE 70s AND WAS IMPRESSED BY THEIR GOOD QUALITY AND LOW PRICE. I BOUGHT IT FOR YEARS, THEN COULDN'T FIND IT.I RECENTLY FOUND THAT AMAZON WAS NOW CARRYING THEIR PRODUCTS AND ORDERED SOME BLACKBERRY PRESERVES.THE LID WAS SEALED ON IN A WAY THAT I HAD NEVER DEALT WITH AND IT TOOK A BIT OF TIME AND EFFORT TO FIGURE IT OUT AND GET IT OFF.. IN MY WRESTLING IT OFF I WAS PICTURING ENDING UP WITH A LAP FULL OF BLACKBERRY JAM, BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.ONCE OPEN, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT THEIR PRODUCT WAS STILL YUMMY, AS WELL AS WELL-PRICED.

THIS STUFF IS TOPS, REALLY HARD TO FINE HERE IN THE STATES
I grew up on this growing up in England, I could not believe it when I found it on amazon, you can't find it here in the States, bought it in bulk, took me back to the simple times of childhood days. if you have not tried it you don't know what you are missing, on the pricey side here in the States, but well worth it, got it set-up on subscript and save for future orders, so I won't run out.. a lot better than anything I have found here in the States. and a lot less sugar, more healthy. would strongly recommend it to everyone

Less sugar, great taste preserves
We enjoy the Danish Orchard Blackberry Preserves. It contains lots of blackberries with less sugar than most similar spreads.

Yes, the containers are horrible.
I think this company is about to stop selling these. Not really sure. But yes, the containers leak. I didn't realize what I problem it was until I realized that basically all of them leak. None were broken. So now they must be stored in the fridge or freezer. I wish that had occurred to me before I bought them. The jam itself is pretty good.

Okay Jelly, I mean, "Preserves", not Excellent
The best Blackberry Preserves ever!!!Update: My original review above was after 1 jar. The subsequent jars had little fruit only on the top. The rest was all jelly. From what I read, of other reviews of various different fruit preserves from Danish Orchards, its 98% jelly not preserves. For the price, I will NOT order again.
