Sound quality is great, love the charging doc, makes remembering to charge it a breeze. The slot for the usb connector is also really useful. I love having the mute button in the mic and the battery life is amazing. Noice cancellation is also great. One thing I wish it had was an option to mute yourself even when not on a call. But other than that 8/10 for sure.

Had an issue with item and seller was very responsive. Issue was resolved and headset works great.

being a person who always reads the bad reviews first, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the functionality of the product, very good sound, gets reception in all my 3 bedroom apartment except on the very edges. (my office is on the far end). so far so good and I will have my fingers crossed for the next year or so.

Ear phones are comfortable, not the best, but fit well and expected for the money paid.The microphone part breaks up when talking/recording. I can still understand O.K. but it cuts in/out - not to the point of not understanding, but irritable to listen to.

I love this headset! The sound quality on this headset is great for both taking calls and listening to music. I am on the phone all day and the softer headset are much more comfortable than most. Set up was very easy This is a must have headset for anyone.

At first I was a little apprehensive about this headset with how it sits on the base, but it does just fine! The sound quality is wonderful. It feels great while wearing it. Light weight & comfortable! Worth every penny!

This worked great out of the box and for a few days after. Then the microphone stopped working. I've done all the troubleshooting and restart steps. The output still works fine so I know it's connected. But my laptop just keeps saying "Your microphone isn't working" and it fails all audio input tests.

I recently purchased this headset and loved everything about it - the comfort, ease of setup, aesthetics, quality of audio (especially when listening to music). The first day of using it for work even went well with people reporting crisp audio. However, the 2nd day, I started hearing complaints about receiving echoes along with my voice (and breaks) and that's the way it's been since then. I use Zoom for calls and have been using the USB dongle to connect the headset to my computer, with the expectation that it would ensure a more robust connection than Bluetooth but was disappointed when I heard feedback about the echos/breaks. Any thoughts on any setting modifications to be done, to fix this issue, would be greatly appreciated!!
