I like this. It's not quite what I was looking for (a very base rope / metal structure i could fix to an open door frame or beam, but I think it's close enough.) I'm pretty small and find the neck wrap a little awkward but it will do.I've tried inversion tables, which are nice but gravity isn't enough. The blow up neck pillow traction device which wasn't enough to help when I pinched something. And lastly, a lie down neck stretcher / posture corrector. Nothing has been enough. Other than begging a friend to literally pull my head away from my body, this is the only answer. And adorable, thank you. Make sure you have a chair or stool though and be extremely careful.

It's very affordable and has good traction functionality

At first I wasn't sure if it would work for my neck, but after using it I found that my neck was no longer stiff, so I think it's very practical.
