- ALL-NATURAL ALE - Coopers Sparkling Ale gets its unique flavour and cloudy appearance through a process called natural conditioning. To achieve this, a small amount of live yeast to the beer just before packaging. This causes a secondary fermentation inside the can, bottle or keg which carbonates the beer, eliminates the need for any preservatives or additives & means the beer is suitable for vegans
