Product exactly as described. If the arms get loose there are plastic covers you can remove to tighten the screws.

It is rather stiff. Loosens over time.
The DHOUSE Car Headrest Pillow is great for children and maybe some adults. The headrest doesn’t expand outward so as long as your or child’s head is narrow, it will work.In order for the headrests to stay tight, they must be tightened periodically because they loosen with time.Overall, this is a great headrest for children when they grow tall enough to be able to use them.

If you have issues with your child, moving or falling around while sleeping, this is definitely the solution. It was super easy to install and it’s extremely high quality and durable so there’s no issues of shifting or moving around.
