Brilliant customer service
They sent a new scooter as the other one was faulty they were amazing and sent it out within a week and added a scooter lock for free. My son is over the moon with the scooter well worth the money

Wheels not fit for purpose /or as described
My son was very happy with scooter on his birthday. But, just a few weeks later the back tyre goes flat. We thought this was a solid tyre not an inner tube type. When we took out the inner tube we found it was twisted and had 6 holes and splits in it. We are trying to find somewhere that supplies inner tubes to fit but finding it impossible, so we now have a birthday present which is unusable.

DANGEROUS
bought this for my son at Christmas after a few goes he said it didn't feel safe and it felt like it was folding when he was riding it. I tried it myself and it did feel like it was folding. After having a good look I couldn't believe what I noticed. the board was snapped and held together with the rubber mat and plastic battery casing. Also the bottom of the handle bars was all corroded. I am so lucky my son wasn't going 15mph when it snapped

Read this you need to know
I ordered the scooter to have hard wheels, when I contacted the seller they said i have the upgraded 2024 version so we will see, also to turn the bluetooth on you need to hold the brake throttle and power for 3-5 seconds then the app finds it, it came with a eu or us plug so that's annoying, but the reason for the 5 star is the customer service has been great

Perfect
This was a present for my son and he absolutely loves it. I’ve also had a go and it’s quite nippy. It has a long mile radius of the battery charge and it all works perfect Thankyou.

Not correct charger
Doesn’t come with a uk charger problem still not resolved my boy will be so upset as it was a Christmas present
