Versatile jute bags with a loose weave
My Score: ★★★★☆ (4/5 stars)Versatile jute bags with a loose weave -- wonderful value despite needing some prep work. The Good:1. Authentic jute material with solid construction2. Generously sized for bulk storage3. Great value for a two-pack4. Versatile uses from produce to decorative5. Breathable loose weave designThe Bad:1. Strong factory odor requires washing before use2. Semi-transparent weave may be too loose for some needs (like rice or grains) but should catch loose onion skins, keep potatoes together, etc.Verified Specs:- Two-pack canvas weave bags, vacuum sealed- Natural burlap construction of real jute- Loose weave pattern and large format sizeBest Uses:- Bulk produce storage (20+ lb potatoes/onions)- Oversized holiday gift wrapping, like a super stocking! These jute bags offer good value and versatility despite needing initial odor treatment through gentle washing. The loose weave allows good airflow but means contents are partially visible -- perfect for produce storage but consider your needs if a higher quality bag is necessary. I am not 100% sure if they're food safe—jute is obviously natural but you never know how those natural fibers are treated with synthetics or other non-food-safe treatments, which cannot always be washed away.

Large bags / good seams / has drawstring
These burlap bags, because of their large size, would work well with sack races. We're planning to use them to store potatoes. The material is heavy enough but breathable, and the seams seem strong.

Nice burlap 2 pack
I actually used these for a decoration and not for a sack race but really nice quality burlap when they were cut open they were really nice size sheets.

Really not what I'd call big enough for a sack race....
I used these as raw material for a costume. The ones I received seemed too small to be used for a sack race except with small kids. Other reviewers seem happy with the size though sooooo maybe it's just me being a giant. Happy with the material. It's burlap in every way and the edges were sewed up pretty well.

Short Sacks
The MAQIHAN Burlap Sacks Bulk Burlap Bag Large Natural Burlap Bags For Adults Potato Burlap Storage Landscape Burlap Bags Suitable Picnic or Field Games Set Of 2 Good For Family are really smaller then I expected. They shipped to house and had a very odd smell when I opened them. They do however seem very durable and are a great value.

Fun for the kids
These were great for our kids birthday party. I would suggest buying for smaller children as the older kids couldn’t really fit in these. Not fitting for adults. Good material though.

Too small for a sack race. Strong chemical odor.
Arrived vacuum sealed and is as hard as board. Upon opening, instead of a typical burlap bag smell, it had more of a chemical odor to it. The weave of the fabric is a little larger than what I expected. The bags themselves are too small, in my opinion, or a potato sack race, which I believe these are advertised to be used for. The fabric seems to be strong enough. The sacks might be useful for storing vegetables like potatoes or onions, but I suggest washing them first or letting them air out before doing so, because of the strong chemical odor. They are sewn together on two sides with large stitching, and along the top to prevent them from unraveling. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed with these, but I am sure I can make good use of them. I even considered cutting them up and using the fabric for several smaller bags.
