I happened to get a docking station unit with one port that was questionable. But, since I was able to use the other ports just fine and really got it mainly for the AVG and HDMI ports, I did NOT contact the seller, and I did NOT opt to send it back for a refund or exchange. I was actually considering ordering a different one that had more ports, and using this unit on a different computer.BUT!!! out of nowhere, the seller contacts me and literally asks me how the unit is operating. After telling them the issue with the one port, they immediately sent me a replacement. I was blown away that the seller contacted me in the first place to see if my purchase was satisfactory. Seriously, how many sellers contact you after you make an Amazon purchase to see how you're doing with it???I use a lot of electronics, so when I need something, I will definitely shop this seller first in an effort to support a company that understands the value of building customer trust. So, hats off to the seller for going above and beyond to understand the value of creating trust with the customer. They will get more of my business. It's how business needs to be done.And the 2nd docking station I received worked perfectly to set up a configuration with 3 external monitors in addition to my laptop's internal monitor for a total of 4 monitors.

This looks and does everything it says it does. Not big and bulky - perfect!

This product didn't last more than a month, a week after the return window closed, the monitor driver started failing to display my laptop screen on the 2nd monitor intermittently, and it didn't matter if the monitor was connected with the VGA or HDMI cables, the image would disappear for a few seconds and return again repeating this cycle at random.UPDATE: 6/15/2025, the seller read my review and contacted me to send a replacement unit, I have been using the new unit for a few days now and this one seems to be working correctly, I will update this review later on if I see a problem.

This product was purchased to connect my dual monitors to my desktop. It was not compatible with my HP All-in-One desktop after careful research. I do not recommend this product for anyone who has a business and needs to show multiple screens for viewing. My platform will love this.Frustrated buyerLisa

Perfect for my needs. It worked on 1st try. Hooked up two additional monitors to my Surface pro, worked 1st try. SD card slot was a big help! Would totally buy again. Good price too

This is a 10/10 for me. It was a decent price and it works great. I had to start using my laptop for work after my computer got fried and I needed something to connect a few devices and 2 monitors. I currently have 2 monitors, a printer, scanner, and my keyboard connected through this docking station and it’s working great. It was super easy to use and has plenty of ports.

It’s getting the job done for what I need but not all of the ports work.

Works flawlessly for its intended purpose. I have no complaints! I considered taking off a star since it has such a cheap feel to it, but decided not to because it was so reasonably priced. I have had no connectivity issues and I would recommend this to anyone in the market for an affordable docking station.
