I am a quadriplegic and when I sleep on my side, I cannot move all night, which has caused sores on my ears. I am so glad to have discovered this pillow. I like the option to reduce its height by removing the foam, but actually have left it in, and place it on top of a regular pillow to be high enough to support my neck. I wish the whole for the ear was slightly larger, but when I position it just right, it is perfect. Comfortable, firm, and no more sores on my ears. Hallelujah.

I couldn't sleep because of my new piercings. Now I can tuck my ear in the hole and get some sleep. The hole could be closer to the edge to make it more comfortable. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I had to remove one layer because it was too thick otherwise. The foam is very comfortable though. I'm going to look for a regular pillow made of this foam because this one is so comfy. Overall I'm very glad I bought this pillow. If you just got pierced and can't sleep on it, get this.

AMAZING! I prefer a thickkk pillow and this one is amazing. Recently got my cartilage pierced and couldn't sleep on my side bc of it and this has fixed everything. Its firm enough that your entire head doesnt sink into it and the ear hole gives plenty of space to move therefore no rubbing. Absolutely worth it!

The pillow shape is fairly good for my sensitive ears. There are four separate layers and I like that I can adjust the height by removing or adding them.There are a couple of things that led to only giving it a 3 star rating.1) I wish the sides were a little indented to clear my shoulders. not much, maybe an inch?2) And this is my biggest problem. The pillow case keeps shedding really fine strings that get in my hair, mouth and beard. I wake up sometimes thinking I've had a spider make a web on me. I've washed the pillow case a few times now thinking it would get rid of these loose threads, but no, they still keeping coming apart.

I JUST GOT THIS PILLOW AND SLEPT ON IT LAST NIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME! AFTER I GOT I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD LIKE IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO HIGH.. SO I ON MY PILLOWS OFF THE BED AND LIKE THIS ONE ON TOP OF ONE OF MY OTHER PILLOWS. I LAY DOWN ON IT PUT MY EAR IN THE MIDDLE AND IF IT JUST PERFECT AND I DIDN'T MOVE ALL NIGHT LONG. THE PILLOW IS NOT TOO HARD AND NOT TOO SOFT. IT'S JUST RIGHT FOR ME.. I LOOK THROUGH ALL KINDS OF THESE TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE AND I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD LIKE THIS ONE BUT I DO.. I DO GIVE IT A FIVE STARS BECAUSE IT DID LIVE UP TO HIS NAME SO FAR. TAKE THE COVER OFF AND WASH IT AND PUT IT BACK ON.. I CANCER SURGERY ON MY RIGHT EAR THAT'S WHY I NEEDED IT ASIDE PILLOW WITH A HOLE IN IT. WHICH I HAD NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING UNTIL MY CANCER DOCTOR TOLD ME ABOUT IT. I DIDN'T WAKE UP THIS MORNING WITH A SORE EAR EITHER.. SO THAT MAKES A LOT OF DIFFERENCE TO ME.. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A SIDE PILLOW TO GET THIS ONE... I BELIEVE YOU WOULD LIKE IT IF YOU WOULD GIVE IT A TRY.. BECAUSE I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT IT WHEN I SAW IT UNTIL I USED IT LAST NIGHT... I THINK I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR MYSELF..

It's a well-made pillow, but it's very thick. The foam is one solid piece, and there is no way to adjust the thickness. It kinked my neck and was not comfortable. I think it would be perfect for a big man with a thick neck!

Wonderful Pillow! Using this pillow has alleviated the pain at the edge of my ear. It's so comfortable that I am still using it nightly. I sleep on the side where the hole in the middle is covered. This side provides more support but still with the ease of pressure on the ear. The cover is easily removable and washable.

Works very well, comfortable and adjustable. Serves as a good cup holder too if you need one in bed
