The kiefer grains came in excellent condition. They grew just as the owner instructed. The owner is a top notch full of information guy. The grains did not grow at all. I have done this before- about 3 years ago- so I am familiar with the process. I'm disappointed that it has been a few weeks and SEVERAL cycles and each time, it does work, but I almost cannot find the grains when I strain them. Last time I did this, they multiplied regularly and I had to throw out the extra because they were just too many. So, I think maybe these took too long to get to me.I contacted the seller to explain this and asked if they would be willing to send a replacement that didn't take so long. I explained that I definitely never used soap and used a wooden spoon and the strainer they sell and followed the enclosed instructions. I never received a reply.

I’ve had the kefir grains over two weeks. I followed the instructions that were included exactly and my kefir is doing great. The grains have been reproducing and have doubled in quantity. I use organic milk and the kefir milk tastes great. Definitely worth the cost for a good product.

I live in New we haven't gotten over an inch of snow since the 1800's. I put my order in at a time where we had a freak 12" right after this was shipped. I didn't get the product until a week layer since NOLA can't function in snow. No mail. This did finally come and it had a really really sour smell, so I caller the number that was hand written I'm the directions and a man picked up immediately. I told him the situation and he explained exact instructions to wake it up. Very friendly, very informative, and the grains worked!

Purchased one time and have reused the grains for at least 8 times. Makes kefir within a day or less. Packaged well and shipped quickly.
