I have severe genetic bunions in both feet that I have suffered from since childhood and, despite surgery in my teenage years, they have returned. I like wearing the correctors for a long period of time like overnight but sometimes it can get uncomfortable so the little adjustor allows me to step down the correction for a bit and then dial it back after the ligaments relax for a while.The box comes with additional part should some parts need replacement and a nice storage bag.
