Amazing
These are amazing! I found normal foam earplugs the best for noise blocking but they really hurt my ears. I was recommended these and will be buying them from now on. I wore them last night and they were super comfortable all the way through. I’m a side sleeper and these were even comfortable when I was laying on me ear!

A big skeptical going by mixed reviews but they are brilliant!
They are incredibly soft and take to any shape you scrunch it into and then go back to original shape. I must say I was skeptical when I read mixed reviews, however from my own personal experience I must say I am very pleased. The quality of sleep I have been getting since using these for about a week cannot be matched, compared to sleep without. The only problem I have is that they do hurt a little so I don't push them in as much but thats because I have very sensitive ears. Still, I will now not sleep without them. So glad I purchased! I have not tried them during travel so I cannot say but I would definitely take them with me if and when I travel.

Excellent for small ears, noise cancelling is second to none
I have been buying these for years. They work for my sensitive small ears and they offer a very effective form of noise cancelling for sleep and meditation.Whenever they "don't" work, it's usually because I haven't put them in right or I need to move to a new pair. They're cheap enough to replace weekly although on average I probably only replace mine once a month.

Expensive but effective
More expensive than I wanted (I was aiming for £2-3 but these were £5) but they work. My ear canals have always been small and difficult to get earplugs to fit into but I usually manage to get these in on the first or second try. The only problem I have with them is that they can irritate the ear canal which makes it even more difficult to put them in, so I have to limit how much I use them and make sure I won't get sweaty while I'm asleep.

NOT GOOD for small ears!
These seem fine in quality, and noise reduction was good, but they are awful for small ear canals in my opinion. Maybe I just have very small ear canals. They are slightly slimmer than Hearos Ultimate Softness, but are slightly harder and push outwards on the ear a little more. I couldn't wear the Macks more than a Minute, even if I pulled them out part-way to try to reduce the pressure, they were super uncomfortable. With the hearos I'm fine for the entire night as long as they are only half-in, which is a bit less quiet but still very effective. I can still feel the Hearos when only half-in but it's not too bad.I think my only solution will be to go back to the hearos and try to cut them slimmer with scissors. Disclaimer: I don't know if there are any safety issues with doing that. And finally, the pack of the Macks is not sealed. What I mean is, it's closed, but you can open it, take some out, put them back in and the pack would look like new. I highly doubt Amazon would resell a returned one of these, but I anyways think a product like this should be fully sealed.- With the Hearos the box must be cut/ripped in order to get to the plugs. As for the price: The hearos are about 30p per pair if bought in 28 pairs (or two 20-pair packs). These Macks are around 50p per pair in a 10-pack.

Great earplugs.
Great fit for smaller size ear canals. I always struggle with standard Mack’s. These fit perfectly.
