A friend of mine suggested this for my insomnia
And it’s the best thing in my medicine cabinet.I have taken melatonin for years. Gummies, pills, 5 mg, 10 mg. And nothing works like this spray. I take 4-7 sprays at bedtime (depending on how tired I am) l and am asleep within 5-10 minutes.And it’s a good, deep sleep. If I wake up for whatever reason in the middle of the night, I can almost always go back to sleep. But can take a couple more sprays if I can’t.There’s no wait time, like with swallowing it, and no “hangover” in the AM.I actually like the waste. It sort of reminds me of Cold Eeze lozenges. It’s not strong at all.I’ve had difficulty sleeping for 20 years. I track my sleep and get an averages of 4-4.5 hrs a night. I have a problem! It’s mostly falling asleep, but started with staying asleep. I’ve gone the prescription route, the CBD route, teas, and this spray BY FAR woks best. Very effective and pleasant tasting!
This is a wonderful product! I keep it by my bed and just spray a few pumps in my mouth before going to sleep. No pills to swallow and a very pleasant minty flavor. No groggy feeling in the morning. Love it!!

Ho hum, another sleep solution that didn’t work.
Didn’t help me sleep at all. Ran out in less than a month. Used about 7 sprays most nights. Won’t buy again but was worth a try when you’re looking for a natural sleep solution. Pleasant taste.

Sleep Better!
Sleep baby, sleep!! Two squirts and you sleep soundly for the night or if you wake up and have trouble falling back to sleep- two squirts! You don’t wake up drowsy!

It just did not work for me I did eight on each side but I gave it to my daughter in-law and she loved it

Also recommend this one same thing works great if the others are sold out give it a chance
Love ❤️ it bought 3 more used 3-4 sprays. I would say it takes around 15 minutes
