I think it is helping to regrow some of my lost hair
It seems to work. I had lost about 2/3 of my hair from medication. This seems to help it regrow even though it is growing back in very very baby fine.

HIVES!!!!!!
After taking this for a few weeks I broke out in little patches of hives that you could not scratch enough to stop the itching they were on my back my arms my legs my hands and it was a nightmare the day I stopped taking them they got better and the next day they were gone don't buy these it's not worth it didn't see any change in my hair at all

I didn’t see much difference after taking this supplement. My hair is graying, which could have an affect on my results. It’s a capsule that is easy to swallow. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any noticeable difference in my skin.

It works

Horrible headaches after about 2.5+ months. No results NO hair regrowth
I was taking my regular 3 pills per day with food, and after about 2+ months, I started getting horrible headaches about 20 times a day for 1 or 2 minutes. It was horrible to get these headaches and I didn't see any hair growth. Sharp piercing headaches...I thought something was terribly wrong with me.I stopped these for 1 day and the headache frequency has already gone down. Hopefully completely gone in another day or two. I will update if they continue and remove this review if that was not the cause.UPDATE: The headaches have finally stopped after about 3 additional weeks of not taking these pills. Frequency get's less and headaches get less sever. I was worried they would never stop, but they finally have completely. WHAT A HORRIBLE AND PAINFUL EXPERIENCE.The company did give me a product refund, but the painful headaches were certainly not a good experience.
