This did not fit me in the first few weeks postpartum, which was very discouraging. About a month postpartum, I was able to start with the first belt. I loved there was instructions on when and how to use each part of the belt. It is very scratchy, so I recommend always wearing a tank top under it. I'm about 4 months postpartum, and it is my go-to when i need to tuck my tummy in. I usually carry my baby weight high, and this really helped smooth out my stomach.

This product was great for help when I first gave birth. I started using the first 2 the 2nd day after vaginal delivery. Definitely better and more affordable than the BeBand I used 10 years ago. However after washing it was not as firm and began to roll more. But at the price I can’t complain too much. I use the other 2 pieces now. My torso is short so I can’t use all 3 at once. So it works that it came with 3. Once I wash the 3rd piece I may have to get another one. I am 7 weeks post partum now and definitely recommended it to my friends who are currently expecting for their recovery.

So I wanted an abdominal binder that would compress my pelvic/lower abdomen area. This one came with 3 pieces- one being for your pelvis. Having had a past csection I kind of knew that the pelvic piece wasn’t exactly wide enough for my liking - to lay over incision- so I figured maybe I could use the abdominal piece for my pelvis if needed. When I ordered the one size I was worried it wouldn’t fit comfortably after birth so I exchanged it for the plus size. Tbh I don’t see much difference in the 2 sizes they offer. The plus size might be a bit bigger but I’m about 5’5 and was 190lbs at birth and the plus size fit fine. I typically weigh between 150-160lbs normally. I’m considered overweight but you couldn’t tell by looking at me. It’s not very comfortable to sit in if you’re looking for pelvic support after birth. I ended up using my boba wrap.

Really comfortable. I am currently 5 weeks postpartum and this wrap has been very helpful. The only reason why I'm only giving 4 stars and not 5 is because after 1 week, the lower back wrap started folding upwards and I have keep unfolding. But overall good quality for the price and it serves its purpose.

In purchasing the product due to my needing and abdominal binder for support after surgery. I followed instructions and used this product for only a half day and had to come out of it because of the discomfort it caused.I could not figure out why I was itching so bad and experiencing pain in my abdominal area. Unfortunately, as I figured it out, the hard clear plastic fibers that are used as the Velcro breaks off and embeds into the material and began to pierce through your clothing and stick into the skin causing and irritating itch and redness. After sitting and pulling many of these plastic pieces out of my cloths and the soft part of the binder itself I must admit that I should have stuck with the hospital binder I sent as given as the Velcro fibers do not become loose and embed into the binder causing irritation and discomfort.

Outstanding support after I had surgery. I knew it had to be something with more support than what was given to me in the hospital! I originally was buying to swap out when I cleaned my hospital one! It met and exceeded expectations! Supports and is very comfortable on!

O tried this product, had a hard time understanding instructions and the pictures didn't match the items. I asked customer service for help and was referred back to poor illustrations on the instructions included without further assistance. The three pieces themselves are not labeled with tummy band, pelvic band or waist band so it was confusing. Also unclear it there was a top or bottom orientation.Even if I guessed right on the instructions, wearing it put a lot of pressure on my site and healing pelvic floor and reduced circulation to my breasts when sitting. I developed a mild case of mastitis after wearing them for only an hour or so. I personally would not recommend this without medical supervision.

This is the very first trainer that fits me properly. 5’6 220lbs. I got the plus size. Being 3 pieces I can put it on to fit me length wise perfectly. I also love that you can tighten the individual pieces with the extra elastic type band that’s on it.After 4 kids it’s appears that I’ve let my body go a bit :( I’m confident that with proper exercise and diet this bad boy is gonna have me lookin amazing in no time!!!!
