Dont normally write reviews but this does what it says on the tin. My partner complained that i snore at night. Bought this followed the very limited instructions and it worked first night and every night after.Takes a bit of getting used to sleeping with it in, but you do get used to it. My partner says my snoring has totally stopped and its been about 2 weeks now of zero snoring.
