For the money, he was our favorite Halloween decoration. We even named him Frank. Would recommend.

Portable Halloween figure that animates when touched or detects sound. Can be easily moved to desired location. Base must be level for stability and/or can be anchored for additional stability.

Doesn’t stay together eats batteries quick not worth the money

The Reaper acheives it's purpose. Many of our Halloween visitors commented on how cool it was. Animation, with sound, hand movements, and blinking eyes is great.Only shortcomings are that it is "sound activated", and many times it failed to activate when the kids approcahed our door. The other thing is the support poles are much too flimsy to properly hold it up. I ended up having to put a couple of sand bags around the base, and even then, it slowly fell over.

The problem is the rod this creepy creature is supposed to be mounted on. It comes in three metal pieces you have to connect together with plastic connectors. The metal rod parts do not fit well into the plastic connectors. You end up pushing them in, and pushing, and twisting, and they still don't fit. The plastic connectors even crack. Once you mount the creature head and arms on top of the rod, the whole thing is unstable and very wobbly when it turns on and starts moving its arms. I had to prop it against the wall, with cardboard boxes for support in the front, which went along with the Halloween theme, but I shouldn't have to do that to keep it from falling over.
