Good tap and filter
Beautiful tap. Replaced my old one and is great with the filter tap

Excellent quality
This three way tap replaced my overpriced Brita tap which didn't make 10 years before failure. This tap is excellent quality and can be fitted by a competent diy OR as I did fitted by a plumber who fitted a replacement filter too.

The price does not reflect the quality
For the price, I was expecting more. I have found the exact tap on other sites sounding like 'alie-presso' for half the price. The tap itself is great quality, the sprayer is very cheap ABS plastic. Luckily, this can be changed as it does feel terrible. The valves feel great and smooth. The only issue I have is fitting the flexi hoses... the threads are rough and there is no room to tighten them. I have hand tightened them until the braiding give way and started spinning in the crimp. I really hope these won't leak over time. They are burried deep in the base of the tap and there is no room for a crow-foot or slotted box spanner to tighten them. I even tried to tighten them with long nose pliers but it was impossible. I think this is an issue with all taps that have 3 hoses as theres no room.

Smashing tap. I just bought another the same its so good. The 1st one is now 7 months old and no issues at all. Brilliant for my filter system. looks great.

2 water feeds
Great as we have reverse osmosis attached to this as well as normal feed, it has however chipped no long after installing which I would not expect.

ich möchte Sie über ein Problem mit einem Wasserhahn informieren, den ich über Amazon gekauft habe. Leider hat sich nach kurzer Zeit die schwarze Beschichtung des Wasserhahns zu lösen begonnen, was auf eine mangelhafte Qualität hinweist. Der Wasserhahn wurde bereits auf meinem Spülbecken montiert, daher wäre ein Ausbau und eine Rücksendung mit erheblichem Aufwand verbunden. Ich habe mich bereits mit Amazon in Verbindung gesetzt. Sie haben mir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer mitgeteilt, damit ich direkt mit Ihnen Kontakt aufnehmen kann, um eine Lösung zu finden und einen Ausgleich für meinen Verlust zu erhalten. Ich bitte Sie daher um eine teilweise Rückerstattung oder einen Preisnachlass als Entschädigung, sodass ich den Wasserhahn behalten kann und einen Teil meines Geldes zurückerhalte. Achtung
Am 07.10.25 bekommen und am 18.11.25 das vorderen Teil welches für die Einstellung des Wasserstrahls zuständig ist funktioniert nicht. Wohlgemerkt der Wasserhahn ist erst am 30.10.2025 vom Fachkraft eingebaut worden.
