14OZ BasicFro 400 Milk Frother and Steamer

I simply love this frother. It makes the milk so rich and thick. It is quick and quiet. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so I can't say how long it'll last, but the difference in my lattes makes the purchase absolutely worth.

THIS IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND FOR DAYS> I'm answering questions over and over, sending videos that won't send, now they want photos. JUST REPLACE THE THING> LOVED this thing when I purchased in March. Got my soymilk hotish at 160 degrees and frothed beautifully, plus it's white and matches my kitchen instread of being ugly black like the Nespresso frother. Unfortunately this stopped frothing and heating a few days ago...August. Meaning that for $75.00 it lasted less than 5 months. Their customer service number says they are busy and to call back. So, nonexistent support. Now I will have to fight with amazon to refund or replace. DON'T BUY. NO WARRANTY and it BREAKS>

This works great so far. I haven’t made a heated one yet, just cold for my iced coffee. The first one arrived used and with a cracked handle. I returned that one and a new one arrived the very next day. I use it every day. It’s very easy to clean, and looks nice on my counter.

I have bought too many milk frothers to even attempt to count. I’ve had the fancy handheld ones, battery and the one with the charger. A few of the automatic ones and finally I bit the bullet and bout the Maestri one and LOVEEEEE IT!!!! I can’t believe my penny pinching nonsense kept me away from my baby for that long!!! Save yourself the trouble, just pay for it. U won’t be disappointed

Bought this because I am vegetarian and I've consumed Almond milk for the past 15 years. The profile on this product said it would froth all milks, including almond. It does not--it heats the almond milk but does not froth it. It did froth 2% cow's milk I served a visitor, but I won't use cow's milk. I missed the return date by 1 day, or it would have been returned this product for a full refund. If you want to froth plant/ nut milk, don't waste your $$$. UPDATE: I sent photos of the product NOT FROTHING my Almond Milk. I was told I'd be sent a FULL Refund--to date, I have not received that refund--either Maestri House or Amazon is fraudulent in processing that refund.

Unsweetened almond milk + sugar free skinny syrup = delightful coffee house drink made in the comfort of your own home! You don't have to use skinny syrup, I just like going to the next level with my coffee creations! haha. This is so quiet, and does an amazing job! I was worried it wouldn't froth unsweetened almond milk to my liking because it's not high fat or sugars...but it did an amazing job! So much foam- by the spoonfuls! I keep forgetting to take a photo or video, but trust me when I say- this is EXACTLY what you're looking for! It takes a few minutes (total guess- but maybe 2 minutes?) to heat up and froth --it has a nice beep when it's done so you know it's ready to pour in. There is no waiting time, it takes longer to heat up my Keurig than it does to finish frothing my unsweetened almond milk! And cleanup is a breeze! I am so glad I bought this gadget, and I'll be recommending it to everyone! Plus, the color is AMAZING! I went with the aqua because it's my favorite color--but you can't go wrong with any of the colors!

This model does not include a cold foam option, but the 3 star review is based on it being hard to clean because it begins to burn milk during normal frothing. It also does nothing except heat other types of milk, which I can do in the microwave. For now I’m sticking to my small, cheap, electric hand held frother

This is the best milk frother I have ever had......I've had a few!! I have a bean to cup coffee machine and enjoy frothy coffees......this machine does it the best. There are three levels of froth, from slightly frothy to very frothy, depending on what type of coffee you want. Also three levels of heat, if you are someone who likes their coffee very hot. It is very easy to clean......you get a little sponge for the purpose. Good value for money I would highly recommend this product. As I said, the best one I've ever had.

This milk frothed makes lovely thick froth; I am delighted with it. Also when I was confused about the voltage, the confusion being due to my very old brain playing tricks on me, the support team replied very quickly, and were patient with me.

Acheté au début de l'année. Je m'en sert tous les jours et je suis très satisfait. Les ajustements pour la température et la consistance sont appréciés. Toutefois, à la fin d'avril, l'appareil ne voulait plus réchauffer le lait. J'ai contacté Maestri House par courriel et j'ai obtenu une réponse rapide. On m'a demandé une petite vidéo montrant le problème ce que j'ai fait le même jour. Sur la vidéo on pouvait voir que le mousseur tournait sans arrêt ce qui était anormal puisque l'appareil s'arrête normalement lorsque la température est atteinte. Le lendemain on me donnait le choix d'être remboursé ou de recevoir un nouveau mousseur. Ayant choisit la dernière proposition, le nouveau mousseur m'a été livré en 5 jours. Je suis toujours satisfait de l'appareil. Je remercie la compagnie Maestri House d'avoir rapidement respecter la garantie avec promptitude.
