Shoe is comfortable, but slip in mechanism is horrible and does not stick to the foot
The shoe has extra large rubber sole making the shoe heavier than appearance, but it is comfortable with good arch support. The slip in mechanism (hands free mechanism) is not what you expect at this price point. No way comparable to Sketchers hands free mechanism. Even if the shoe is tight, the mechanism make the shoe feel like falling at the ankle. If the weight of the shoes can be made lighter and the slip in mechanism can be fixed, it is a promising shoe. Otherwise, cannot recommened.

Easy to slip on, no shoe horn required. Very comfortable, makes waking feel enjoyable again.
Yes, I will definitely buy these OrthoComforts shoes again. Great fit. Feels like walking on air. The shoes take all the impact so my body / spine doesn’t feel jarred. The shoes came with some extra inserts which also helps a great deal. I really love the slip on feature so I don’t have to bend over nor shoes a shoe horn. These shoes are as good as the ones I paid over $600 for at the Good Feet Store (they have good shoes but, their prices are a huge ripoff). These OrthoComfort's only cost me $63 so, about 1/10th of the cost.

Heel pops out with every step.
They're not shoes. They're slippers! My heel pops completely out with every step. No way I'm going to try wearing them for a walk outside the house because I don't want blisters. All my toes completely touch the tips but it's as if there isn't even a heel. I tried adding the spacers they came with but noticed no difference, and since they came with extra insoles, I tried two insoles in one "shoe" but my heel still pops completely out! I even measured my foot to verify that I got the correct size, and did I mention that my toes touch the tips. The insoles are designed very well and if they weren't so expensive, I would throw away these "shoes" and keep the insoles to put in actual shoes, but that would be some expensive insoles, so I'm returning them.
