It’s great but a little big for my head. It still works great but though.

This has some pros compared to my other ice pack cap - the open eye area is quite nice, and it comes with a separate eye cold pack that is nice to use on its own for just facial relief. But the top part is REALLY tight. So when it is pulled down enough to use the eye opening, the upper part is constricting. It isn't as stretchy as my other cap. it also doesn't stay cold for super long, although I find that to be the case in general with these gel wraps and caps. In any case, it's nice to have backups and extras to go through during a migraine or puffy face day. The quality of this is also pretty good, so I think it'll last a very long time!

While I don't enjoy migraines or bad headaches, I have enjoyed using this cap. I had a different brand where I had to keep my eyes covered and I wasn't able to use while working or taking care of my kids. I have not used the eye mask part, but it will be awesome when my allergies act up.

My husband suffers from migraines quite often and it pains me to see him suffer while still having to put in a full days work (he works from home). He has a computer job and while he has anti-glare glasses for computer screens, I still feel like him staring at the screen isn't helping his head. He trudges on even when I know he is hurting. I have seen caps similar to this before but I never chose one because, again, working from home, he can't have his eyes covered, Then I saw this—where he could remove the eye area and use it WHILE working. So, I picked it up for him to try. I like how it's made and really think the optional full head or partial covering is really the way to go. He hasn't tried it just yet but upon inspection, he is excited to see if it helps him. He has used the traditional rectangle ice wraps awkwardly situated around his head. They are cumbersome since they are not made to conform to a head. I hope this can give him some relief on those terrible days when he can't take off.

All is can say about this product is , it's comfortable, soft to use and most importantly it doesn't have any gel smell. I have tried so many other products but I always got bothered with the smell of gel ...long story short, it works and so give it a try . U will love it

This is great product to relax myself in between work. It cools my scalp, eyes and relaxes my face muscles. The best thing is it automatically becomes cool when not in use. Also it gives a little compression to head which acts as a massaging hold.
