Dr. Oetker Liquid Glucose, 140 G

A tube of liquid glucose. You receive a 140g tube. That's about the same size as a normal sized tube of toothpaste. You use liquid glucose in certain desserts, as it stops the crystallisation of the sugar crystals. Keeping them soft and liquid. You use it in certain sweets and you can mix it with melted chocolate to make modelling chocolate. It's very versatile stuff, and will last in your cupboard forever. It's also great fuel for extreme sports. Such as running a marathon. Having a tube of this in your pocket will give you an instant glucose energy boost when your energy levels start to flag. It is suitable for vegans. Overall, this is not something that the majority of home bakers would use that much, but on occasion it's indispensable, and as I say, a tube will last in your cupboard indefinitely. I squirt a shot of this in with orange juice and as I'm a grown up a shot of Advocaat then I whizz up with ice. This makes a perfect drink for a sort throat when you have a cold plus when you feel rotten with cold a boost to the healing energies, lol.

Good product, not used it yet

Liked the fact that I could squeeze product out of tube, instead of trying to spoon it out of a jar.

The product is absolutely fine but since purchasing here i have found a local shop that now sells the same item for £2 less. Guess where I will buy it in future.
