THE NORTH FACEMen’s Apex Elevation Insulated Jacket - PFAS Free

The coat is lightweight and warmer on a cold windy day than I thought it would be when I opened the package.. I looked at it and thought "what the hell". But It's actually warm--HOWEVER, it's no down parka. When it gets below freezing, it isn't warm enough. At 25º or so, it just isn't much good. It's a good mid-temperature winter coat.The issue I have is with the sizing. I'm 6' 2" and 200 pounds. I thouht XL was correct. I thought wrong... XL is way too baggy. I should have ordered a Large.

I'm quite enjoying this jacket. I've worn it every day that I've gone outside since I received it, and it's an essential part of my perfect keep-warm bundle: Bates Men's GX-8 Gore-Tex Waterproof Side Zip Boots (worn with Thorlos Mens Mcb Max Cushion Combat Over the Calf Socks), VELAZZIO Thermo1 Battery Heated Gloves, an authentic ushanka made in Belarus, and this jacket. I've always been tall and thin, and at least for me that has always translated into very cold hands and feet in winter...but no more! Finally, at age 57, I have found everything I need in order to stay 100% comfortable in the coldest cold. One piece of which is this jacket.It's lightweight, crazy comfortable, and crazy warm. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Lightweight. Very warm & waterproof. Worth the $.

I live in Erie, PA. And winter can get nasty and so far no issues with staying warm in this coat. The fit is excellent and the wrist straps is perfect for keep warm.air trapped in the coat. A must have for anyone who lives in northern states .

Only complaint is I noticed a few threads that are lose at the seems but nothing to bad or that should affect the wear of the jacket. Very nice light weight warm winter jacket! I have not gotten cold once in this coat and it feels very nice to wear. Exactly what I wanted.

Tubby guy so I got 2 XL and it fits me a little lose. My check is big and I got big biceps due to working out and I got more then enough room in the jack. Used it in 18 degree weather and the cold air couldn’t touch me. Breathable. Im able to wear this thing in a car with the heater at full blast, or in a warm room and not sweat my butt off. I’ve own multiple north face jackets and this one is the best

Coat runs a little small so pick a size if you are a medium a large. The coats very warm and has enough pockets. I would recommend it to a friend
