Now Foods Gluten Digest, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I have terrible gut issues with gluten products and all grains and avoid them completely due to vomiting (so unpleasant and embarrassing) and other symptoms but thought I would try this as I haven't had a similar product before. One piece of toast for breakfast and 9pm now and no vomiting :)....and other symptoms much reduced. THANK YOU. My guts have been so awful in recent years if accidentally glutened/cross contaminated which is very difficult socially but I feel more secure having this product on standby if I get accidentally grained/glutened. :) Relieved 😌

I’m very skeptical about pills like this however, a friend has been using them for some time and pops them just before eating anything glutenous and is fine. I’ve had regular tortellini using these pills so no bloating so far. Im easing into them though. Everyone is different.

... I take two before a meal, one during the meal, one after the meal, and another 6hrs after the meal. BUT this is my anecdotal evidence and could be completely different for someone else. I can see how this might get expensive, but I feel it is worth it if it means I can eat a real sandwich and eat real spaghetti every once in a while.

Hi. I am a happy that atleast I can try few foods like Lentils & onion bhajis. It doesn’t digest wheat, initially I was excited but not now.

Always have these in my bag, work very well when eating out to digest any hidden gluten or cross contamination, great product

A very good product for those who have gluten sensitivity or mild intolerance. I used to take one tablet before I eat rotis or noodles. No bloating and nearly complete digestion. I would recommend this for anyone with mild gluten intolerance issues and who did not test positive for celiac. Not the apt one for those who get rashes or hives with gluten!

No good for me. Gave me intense stomach cramps immediately i was still eating my meal. Took another tablet with my next meal and more cramps.UpdateGave these another go as my tummy was just as bad without them and found they worked if I took the capsule in the middle of my meal rather than at the beginning.Bloating came back when I ran out so I think they might help. Have ordered more.

Not sure how I lived without them before. I get horrible migraines when I eat gluten (plus the other fun symptoms- bloated, gassy, poopy). These little capsules mean I can eat a croissant or pizza every now and then and not wish I was dead the next morning. Would definitely recommend them if you're gluten intolerant
