Previously, I have taken various multivitamins or Vitamin C & Zinc combinations to try and keep my immune system working well. This becomes quite important around endurance events, which I do quite regularly - a simple cold can really affect your performance. Colds can also be super irritating when you are just going about your day to day activities.Since I've started taking this, I haven't really been ill. On the odd occasion when I felt a cold coming on, it seemed to just disappear after a day or so without ever getting as bad as it used to.

I bought these before and went back for another order. What turned up today was completely different to my first order. The bottle is smaller, the capsules are paler in colour and they seem to have half the active ingredients that are listed in the first bottle I bought. Very disappointed

I have only started taking them about one week. I like the ingredients and have confidence in them. 3 stars because the price increased is phenomenal...! I started looking and comparing similar products about a month ago, and the prices of this product has increased from £18.95 to now over £21!!! Disaster capitalism!??

Got this as I get colds a lot and needed to boost my immune system a little as I was getting sick of it. Been using this for over a month and a half and I haven't got a cold yet and with all the climate change my body normally hates me at this time in london!

I've caught too many colds this year so decided to find a natural supplement to support my immune system. This had all the ingredients I was looking for and the price was right as well. Here's hoping I make it to Christmas without another cold!
