The best knife for me
I have used this model of knife for many years. Because it fits my hand perfectly. It is as sharp and durable as the other top brand knives I’ve used. Because I know this knife, I was happy to buy it online. But I would recommend anyone buying a knife at this price to go to a shop and try it out because some other knife might fit your hand better. When the knife passes the threshold of being very high quality, the comfort and fit in the hand is all that matters. So if this fits your hand and cutting style, then I recommend it for its very hard fine edge. I only use this for cutting boneless meat or sometimes veg on a wooden board. I only bought this because I moved countries and left my old one behind. My last one was fine at ten years old and daily use.

Happy owner of a superb chefs knife
Took the plunge and opted for what is the best chefs knife I've had. Years of using lower end knife sets, this blows them straight out of the chopping board. Well balanced, the blade handle is comfortable. Paid around £45 mark when it was on offer, though I'd happily pay the retail price.Predominantly used for chopping vegetables and after a few months of use it is still as sharp as it came. Don't be fooled it will need sharpening and I've opted to get a AnySharp knife sharpener over a steel rod style one.You won't be disappointed.

All you need
I only need this one knife for pretty much everything in the kitchen, I had to replace the old one after a good 15 years! Which was a Zwilling too. It lays in the hand beautifully and is balanced very well.

Solid all rounder
Bought to replace an older version and so far so good. Usually I buy Japanese steel but Henckels is my go to Euro steel. My old version had the tang visibly running through the whole knife so the weight felt better than this version. The handle feels a bit cheap but maybe the tang is the same. Already beginning to dull after a full weeks but that also means its easy to hone on a steel. Japanese steel sharp for longer but needs a lot of work on the whetstone. This blade feels thicker than what I'm used to but it also means it's a good all rounder. Just don't attempt to hack through bone like I did with my last one.

Definitely The Sharpest Knife In My Block
After years buying cheap generic chef's knives I decided to treat myself and use up some of the many vouchers I've accumulated recently; I don't regret that decision one bit. Really sharp, well made, durable, comfy in the hand. Love it! Knowing what I know now, if I had to buy it again using my own money I would in the flashiest of flashes.

I used this knife every day in a restaurant kitchen and it tackles any job well. Very comfortable to hold as well.

It's Zwilling
Top quality knife just remember when you are unpacking, it's as sharp as a scalpel but also a great knife to have in the kitchen.
