I had a bike accident a year and a half ago and my neck has been locked up in a lot of pain. I got this little device a couple weeks ago, and things are actually starting to move again. The first week it was painful, but I could tell there was progress. I didn’t really think it was going to work, but I’m pretty pleased about my necks progress. I’ve been using it twice a day and I have got a 50% reduction of pain and and a 50% increase of neck mobility!

Gave this one star because that’s the minimum. This was so hard and uncomfortable. This put pressure on my neck vs. helping the existing pain. Do not recommend this item.

I was essentially diagnosed with “tech neck” and had increasing stiffness and numbness in my arms due to their being a pinched area in my neck. This pillow has definitely helped in conjunction with working with my chiropractor. The added warmth is definitely a bonus! I’d purchase over and over again.

Inconvenient in that it has to be plugged into USB on the right snd I sleep on the left side of the bed.

This pillow relaxes the neck, helps with fatigue, it is very uncomfortable to lie on it in the first minutes, but after that the muscles relax and become very pleasant, I recommend it for those who often have headaches and back pain.

Works ok but it doesn’t get very warm.

Omg sooo glad I bought this does a great job for neck pain and sleeps great a little smaller than expected but overall love it

Returned because it did not provide cushioning nor heat..
