2in1 robot vacuum!!!!
I have been using this Eureka Robot vacuum for almost a month now and i really like it. It had made mopping and vacuum so easy. I usually don’t vacuum on daily basis but ever since I bought the vacuum is set it to vacuum daily at night time which have made my kitchen floor look clean and shiny when I wake up. It came with a detailed manual which is easy to follow along and set the vacuum to my liking. It does have App that I installed which is great when I am in my bed or outside to just turn it on before guest come to my house. The suction of this robot vacuum is very impressive. I have 2 cats in the house with long hair and it suctions everything. My main concern was if it will clean and suction the hair of my pets and I was very happy when it did and it works like my Dyson vacuum does. It has the mapping system when I can set where the carpet is and where the hardwood floor is and works well and doesn’t make my carpet wet at all. My floors don’t usually get too dirty but the mopping system work good and I don’t see any foot prints on the floor.I have stairs in my house and it detects with it’s sensors which is amazing because I was worried that it would fall of the stairs. After the vacuum working daily I only have to empty it every 2 weeks which has made it so easy for me. Overall, I am very happy using this Eureka robot vacuum and not having to worry about emptying out trash, mopping, charging it, and so much more. It comes with great features that made my house cleaning process easy.

THE BEST THING EVERRRR
If there's one thing i could ever recommend as a wife, college student, and full-time nanny, ITS A ROBOT VACUUM AND MOP!!! Specifically this one has worked so well for us. We have a pitbull who sheds CONSTANTLY- we run this everyday, 1x on each floor and it has made managing cleaning so much easier!! The suction is great- it picks up pet hair and crumbs easily. I think you definitely get your values worth and we are even considering buying another one to keep upstairs full time! I love that I can run this during the day from the app on my phone while i'm gone and come home to a clean house!

App needs work, robotic logic needs work. Doesn't last.
Update (7.7.24 - 8 months): Reducing my Rating to 1. I'm sorry I purchased this and feel as though it was a waste of money. At best I can use this as a regular vacuum without the mop function from here out but now need to find a new solution to mopping my main floor's hardwoods and kitchen tiles. What a waste.I had noticed that the internal collection compartment was getting gunked up. It seems that because it is vacuuming and mopping at the same time, it is basically mixing dust and water to make a mess inside the vacuum. When you normally mop, you sweep the area first or vacuum it, then mop. This device mops while vacuuming which makes wet dirt. This then is not ejected into the waste cannister correctly and can quickly build up. Essentially, you need to manually clean the vacuum every time you use it with the mopping feature defeating the purpose of the automatic waste cannister.Today I noticed the unit is leaking. I don't know from where but I found a wet spot beneath the charging station and it appears the hardwood floors beneath have been slightly damaged due to getting wet over time.I wanted to like this product and did my best to give it every chance. Unfortunately it fails to deliver on what it was designed to do and in the future I will not be looking to Eureka for my vacuum or mop needs.(original post) Purchased this for the 1st floor of my house 4 months ago. Tile kitchen, hard wood hall, hard wood dining room with an area rug. I also have a step down into a sunken living room and on the opposite side of the house, a step down into a sunken den. I don't have pets.I knew the living room and den would need the vac picked up and set back down which was fine. My main goal was to get something that would mop the kitchen and hardwoods regularly. Here's my experience thus far. What I like:- The cleanout cannister doesn't need to be emptied after each cleaning, is easy to use and dump out, and doesn't require special bags like some of the other brands.- The mop feature has been doing a decent job keeping the floors clean.- For a mop and vac unit, the price was good compared to some of the other brands. What I don't like:- The App is not the best. Some screens just need you to select a different option but other screens require you to also select a tiny check at the top corner. Not very intuitive. The room maps allow you to set up named regions and even virtual walls but there's no options to set mop or vac intensity by room. For example, I'd want my kitchen mopped with the highest mop settings but the halls with the lowest. Also, I've set it to not mop at all and just vacuum and found it mopping anyways.- The logic gets confused and I have one spot where it will continually return to, back up, move a few feet away, then return to the same location again. It will do this over and over until it runs out of charge. I've tried remapping the area, relocating the base station, doesn't matter. I just now set up a virtual wall in the App to try and stop this from happening.- Mopping reservoir has no gauge and the vac and app do not indicate when the unit is empty. As I haven't tried any other brands of vac/mop combo's, I don't know if any of these issues are better or worse industry wise.

glorified robot broom
to be honest it’s a glorified robotic broom. hardfloors it does fine. i have a german shepherd and his shedding puts this thing through a torture test every day. the internal canister gets blocked by his fur quite often leading to manual dislodging. the self emptying base works well and most of the time will collect all of the dirt and fur from the vacuum. the smart emptying setting in the app needs some tweaking too. plenty of times i’ve stopped it cause the canister was full and sent it back to the base when the smart function should have done that on its owncarpet is another story. it’s pretty useless when it comes to carpet and german shepherd fur. if you have a full carpeted house and a shedding dog look elsewhere. for me i just have an area rug that i hit with a dyson stick vac.the mopping function……it works. i mean it works as well as dragging a wet towel behind you. you still want to once a week do a manual mop around the house. but i guess this does kinda sorta in the slightest sense help you out on that.on the subject of the mop, the mop pads fall apart really really easily. not the fabric itself but the little plastic stick that holds it in place in the vacuum will come out and you can’t get it back in. stock up on pads. one of mine didn’t survive the first wash.if you are looking for a glorified broom to take some of the load off of house cleaning then yes it does the job. i’m happy with mine and for the price it does well. just temper your expectations
