I tried to get replacement bottles since the supplied one is plastic, but the seller couldn’t figure it out. Only use essential oils —never “absolutes” or resins like myrrh— this will waste your precious resources and also kill the waterless machine. This serves the purpose, but it can be labeled “noisy” if not properly stowed in the AC closet. The provided tube worked, but may need replacing with use (just as the bottle will.) the unit works when used as intended and can put out significant scent. Expect to use the 100mL essential oil bottles to replenish the supply bottle every couple weeks (with 24/7 use, I expect to increase that to weekly refills).

Nice big reservoir, but way too loud for any use other than HVAC straight line hookup.

I use in my small business and everyone comments on how wonderful my salon smells. Love this product. Its a bit difficult to program but otherwise no complaints at all! Love it!
