Great set of little cardstock sand art. The die cuts are highly detailed. This allows this activity to work well for really young kids or older ones who want to create a more intricate picture. There is able sand to cover all of the pictures, but we did have to let our smaller kids use one color at a time and then siphon the extra sand back into the container because they tended to get overzealous with the amount of sand they used. The cut out sections were easy to remove, but we did have to use tweezers on some of the smaller details.

I got these for my 5 year old son and my 9 year old step daughter and they loved them! My 9 year olds friend helped my son with it and my other daughters 13 her bf helped my son with them too and thought it was fun. I was originally wondering how it would work but you just take the sticker off one part at a time and put the sand on it and then it doesn’t mix or anything they came out really nice! I definitely recommend these for a fun art activity. I will definitely be looking to purchase them again soon maybe I’ll get some Christmas ones if they have them available.
