This sweet potato flour is delicious and perfectly purple! I use it to make purpl/pink sourdough loaves!

Good amount of product for the price. Worked great for my blueberry bagels!

It was pretty but definitely would love to have different packaging. It was filled to the top of the seam and when I opened it, it went EVERYWHERE lol.

This was perfect to sprinkle on my baked goods. I mixed with powdered sugar so there would not be a funny taste. Great price too

I made coffee cream with ube powder and coconut milk, which tastes so good. I thought the powder only has the purple color but it also has nice taste and smell of ube. The powder is really smooth, easy to blend in.

So, my kids wanted to make purple Cheeto puffs and I had to figure out how to make that happen for them. Enter the purple sweet potato powder! We got the simply Cheeto puffs, sprinkled on some of this powder directly into the Cheeto bag, gave it a shake, and we had purple Cheeto puffs! It didn't alter the taste of the Cheetos and a little went a long way. Note that if you sprinkle it onto something, there will be some transference and fingers and mouths will also turn purple.

This powder is decent if you’re looking for a **natural food coloring** alternative — it definitely adds a pretty purple hue to baked goods and smoothies. 🎨 But beyond the color, I found it lacking. It’s almost completely **flavorless**, which was disappointing since I was hoping for that sweet, earthy ube flavor. 😕It’s also **pricey for the amount you get**, and the **texture** was a bit gritty in some applications. I’m also not entirely confident in the **nutrition label**, which seemed too good to be true. If you're only using this for visual appeal, it might work — but for **taste or nutrients**, it misses the mark.Overall, I wouldn’t repurchase.
