I got this Battery for my Galaxy Note 4 after the phone started to turn itself off numerous times. I was informed that this was a problem with the battery?? I purchased this and read that it had to be charged from scratch to a full charge a number of times. I did this, however the battery is not holding power very well and as I've got my fast charge off ( I read that this could be causing the battery to heat up with the Fast Charge on) it takes ages to charge to full. My phone is working but the battery goes down quickly and it needs to be charged twice a day. I do not play games or on it constantly but it still runs down quickly. Not a good buy!

I use this as a spare battery. Bought a branded product rather then the fake Samsung ones.Came with USB cable why do they include one? We need to reduce plastic waste, why include something which people may already have?.It comes in a thin cardboard box, but I wish instead of the cable, there was an option of buying the battery in a plastic carry case, for those who use the battery as a 'spare'.They should have two variants of the product, one in the thin cardboard box (for those replacing their main battery) and the other with a plastic carry case.I can't comment on battery life, as I have not used it too much, but it works as it should.

Fast delivery. This battery has fixed the main issue I was having with my Note 4. It used to reboot every time I tried to use the camera. Now with this battery I can still use the camera when there is only around 10% of power left. It also goes all day on a single charge and seems faster too (I guess the cpu was throttling due to lack of power before).Anyway, very pleased to recommend this battery to anyone who is having issues with their Note 4 due to the battery getting a bit long in the tooth. My phone feels like new again.

Bought this product Jan 2019 its now May 2020 and the battery will not keep charge its taken my phone to go from 100% to 75% in half an hour with m just browsing instagram & ebay - so it was money well spent though i wished the battery had last longer than a year. UPDATE - 29th Dec 2020 and the battery does not keep its charge anymore, buying a new one today - even though it has a 3 year warranty I couldn't find anywhere to get intouch with the person i bought it from to ask about this, like many others.

Bought battery for my galaxy note 4.last resort before binning phone as it just kept crashing and was shocked to find that it worked like new.Very happy customer.No longer need keep charging phone lasts all day without recharging.

From the start this battery did not hold a charge as well as other 3rd party batteries that I have owned and if anything it drained quicker than the one it was replacing. My phone also became unstable and was prone to crashing whilst using this battery.I have since replaced it with another 3rd party battery and up to now it has been far better.

Once I bought this SUNZOS battery for my spare Samsung Note 2 and it worked fine.Nothing extraordinary but fine.But with batteries this is normal.I dont believe in fairytales like 6600 mAh of the same size or similar values.For me it means something wrong with them.So i prefer normal batteries.So, SUNZOS behave normaly and i decided to continue with this name. Bought already three more for different phones. Grateful to the producer and the seller.Hope they will stay this way!

Excellent battery. Make sure you run it flat as soon as you insert ut then fully charge and run flat a good few times. This will extend the memory/life of it. Holds it's charge welk. Better than the battery the phone came with. Comes with a micro usb too. For the money it's 10/10 from me.
