Definitely worth it
The whole service worked really well, I received the TENS machine in good time and was able to have a practice run with the pads to make sure everything worked as they should.I've never used a TENS machine before but it was straightforward and definitely helped ease or at the very least distract from my contractions.Returning was simple and i've just had acknowledgement that the product was received back by the company.

Easy to use and effective
Got this as it was recommended by another mum. At first I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything for me during my contractions however I noticed a huge difference if I didn’t turn the ‘boost’ on during peak contractions. Definitely recommend for any pregnant person! Easy to assemble and use and returning it was straightforward.

Couldn’t have coped without it!
This was an absolute life saver! Spent 3 days in labour and couldn’t have got through it without this. Super easy to use and very effective for early stages of labour, batteries last for ages. The service was great, fast delivery and easy to return with envelope provided. I would recommend getting spare pads though as I got paper stuck to mine from sliding up a hospital trolley and they wouldn’t stick well after that.

Great friendly company and amazing customer service
I had always planned to hire a tens machine for my birth but I was suddenly admitted to hospital with preeclampsia and had to be induced at 37 weeks. I ordered the tens machine hoping it would arrive earlier than the stated date. I emailed the company to ask about the delivery times and to explain my situation. They very quickly got back to me and were tracking my delivery for me and giving me updates, which was incredibly helpful in the situation I was in. The machine itself was quite good. Contractions still hurt a lot, but it somehow took the edge off them a bit.

Excellent Service
Great product, easy to use. I had a small issue (which was my fault) but Birth-Ease were so friendly, understanding and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
