the picture looks like a flat top... but it's actually bowled?

Does the rounded interior mean all my pancake batter will run to the middle?

How deep is it? Will everything run to the centre right away? The pics shows it to be relatively flat!? Also what is the diameter with the handles?

What are the length of the legs?
