It’s really good and strong, I had to return it as I could not even press and hold it pressed for more than 2 seconds. got a one with lesser strength, for mere mortals like me!

I keep this on my desk at work just to have quick access several times per day to keep up the grip strength. the 50lb squeeze is nice and not too hard on the hands.

They seem very sturdy. I like the fact that the handles are metal rather than plastic though they are slightly offset. I would like to note that unless you have extremely strong hands they may be too stiff for most people. I would suggest the 50Lb set for rehabilitation.

Quality, use them often and seem to keep there strength

I thought it would be a bit flimsy for the price. Nope. Nobody at work can click the handles, it probably is 300 lbs. If you can squeeze this all the way down, you're a monster!

The media could not be loaded. I like the gripper, but I was sent the wrong one. I brought the 250lb and I was sent the 200lb but I chose to keep it since I didn’t want to have to go through returning it. The quality is pretty good and it has a better knurling than other grippers out there and is comfortable. I am pretty picky with my grippers since the spread of the coil is a little wide as seen in the picture, but although it doesn’t affect its functionality it’s still something. The gripper is pretty easy to close compared to other 200lb grippers because the wideness between the handles is smaller compared to other grips. So far the gripper has been great, but wished I got the 250lb. No problems though I still like it!
