This is my new companion for my Work From Home days.This Machine is giving same kind of experience as like we have it in the Coffee Shop. A bit of Self-Service in Coffee Preparation is a great way to unwind from Office Work.The smell and Texture of coffee is great. It is advisable to talk to their customer service to understand what kind of Coffee Powder can be purchased and how to fill the Portafilter for better knowledge. Otherwise, usage is pretty easy. Looks Trendy and compact. Nice product. Please be prepared for Maintenance as it is a Electro-mechanical item but it will be explained by COSTAR's Customer Service team during DEMO.

Product is okay but the support and service is awful. Have been complaining regarding water leakage and coffee portafilter choking issue but no luck yet. Nobody is willing to visit and noone from the company is bothered to fix this issue.

The media could not be loaded. I had been eyeing this machine since a long time and all of its features and 20 bar extraction in less than 10k sounded too good to be true. But these guys at Costar have nailed it. There is sooo much scope for this product in the market and I am really hoping the company backs it up with good customer service. I have never had such good coffee at any barista so far. So rich, so creamy, simply yum!! I used Starbucks espresso roast beans and grinded it with my timemore C2 grinder at 10 clicks. Incredible results! Havent tried the pods adaptor yet and looking forward to that too but I dont think it can match fresh beans anyday. The whole USP of this product is the option to use your fav brew and coffee powder in the other adaptor. Sure the build quality is not the best and I noticed a little water remaining in the espresso filter which takes a lot of time to dry out. Honestly, I used a hair dryer to dry it out after washing with water. Also I am really keeping my fingers crossed on getting timely service which I don't mind paying for as long as I get good service. Also fingers crossed on product lifeline. Costar Cosmos take a bow! This product really has a lot of potential and I will definitely rave about it on reddit india coffee forums also. But please back it up with good and timely service and release better future versions.

Brewing not very great a lot of water stays back in the filter.The size buttons are very helpful.

This is a value for money product. Great alternative to Coffee Shops. You can have a Ra.200+ coffee at much cheaper rate at the convenience of home or at small office. The 19/20 bar pressure is extracting fresh coffee with a decent pressure. Simple water tank and Heat Resistant filter that acts both for Pods and coffee powder is a making the machine compact and easy to operate. Overall a good product.
