Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma Earth Dancer Limited Edition Nintendo Switch

The media could not be loaded. AMAZON DID NOT GIVE THE NOTICE TO PLAYERS. PLEASE DO NOT BLAME THE GAME AND BOMB THE REVIEWS BECAUSE OF AMAZONS LACK OF DILIGENCE!!!! The game arrived late because of supply issues caused by the TARIFFS. Marvelous released a statement on this. They didn’t want to charge players extra to cover the tariffs when we already paid for the preorder. I threw away my box after picking it up but it had ‘DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER’ written on it. They had to have the fans made overseas I believe and wanted up to have what we paid for. They rushed the fans over and paid any difference once the tariffs were lowered. AMAZON COULD HAVE TOLD US LIKE OTHER STORES TOLD THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! Thats Amazons fault not Marvelous. They didn’t know tariffs were going to be increased just like we as consumers didn’t and they handled it great in my opinion. I didn’t have to pay anything extra and got my the next installment in my favorite franchise. It was absolutely worth the wait. I was so happy at unboxing the game. The gameplay has been good so far and I honestly like that they reimagined it a bit. I honestly always wanted to know want it would be like with a more traditional-ish Japanese style and this did not disappoint my curiosity at all. I think its a pretty art style and they are keep it to the true Rune Factory storyline a bit.I’ve heard people had to pay a lot for packages ordered before the tariffs after they were imposed. I’m happy Marvelous actually thought about it and came out and let us know what was going on. Its sad the reviews a horrible since Amazon couldn’t let anyone know what was going on.

El juego llegó en perfectas condiciones y con todo lo que prometía la edición especial. El contenido adicional (DLC) está incluido y funcionó sin problemas. Love the items, though was disappointed to have received earth dancer edition of Guardians of Azuma late as other retailers have delivered theirs early to other customers. Amazon has been disappointing with delivery times as I haven't been getting my orders on time more frequently. As for the game itself, Marvelous has made a game that combines both farm sim and jrpg making both genres enjoyable.

Pre ordered in January, sent to me TWO WEEKS after the game came out. Great game, horrible experience. Sent it back because I'd already bought it digitally since it hadn't even shipped on launch day!

Beautiful game and an excellent addition to the Runefactory family. The Special Edition set is thoughtfully made and compliments the game perfectly. Some elements of this game are nostalgic while others push the game forward giving you more ability to create your own spaces like no other Runefactory game previously. Highly recommend this game.

The graphics for Eune Factory have become absolute garbage since they left the Wii system (the only reason the previous numerical games looks good were because they were Switch remasters from the DS, and hardly anything was actually changed).The NPCs are glitchy/jerky/buggy as they're walking or doing some repetitive motion until you get within a couple feet of them, like someone forgot to add several frames.The background graphics look inexperienced and amateur-level, not like they've been doing this franchise for nearly two decades now. It's like the developers thought that it was going to be easy to slide from using the pixel-style of the old DS games to the poor-quality of this game, like Rune Factory: Frontier and Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny didn't exist. Those games showed the care, time, and hardwork of the entire team that was out on them, and it showed that they took the time to really iron out the details, from how smoothly the characters continued walking into the distance to the shadows of a leaf or highlight of a pond.However, Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma feels like they didn't even take the devoted game players (the ones that have been playing the franchise for decades) into consideration, and that's so severely disappointing. It's like they didn't even have good tester players to point out these details, or the company never cared to listen to them.I haven't even finished the game yet, but all these failing aspects make me concerned that the actual ending of the game is going to be rushed and poorly thought through because they were just trying to pump out a game for the money.Bring back the quality and heart to Rune Factory. That's how you keep your games, not just by pushing poor-quality games to meet a deadline.I had pre-ordered this game in August of 2024 with high expectations that it was going to be the next best game to Tides of Destiny, but I was severely disappointed. If you like cheap graphics, a storyline that has potential with the right time out into it but failure to to so and ended up rushed, and tossed-in filler character moments because there's no actual romance, then this might be the game for you.If not, then stick to the Rune Factory games before the Switch even came out. Those were the ones that hooked people into playing them.

I got this product got everything that was included but there was something missing and I can not fine the DLC slip it’s said was inside. I’m not sure how to contact for this issue so I’m writing this review instead (I won’t bother asking for it anymore because I paid for it digital already but I know I shouldn’t)
