Great to use when you have to caster oil. 1/2 teaspoon prior to that tablespoon or 2 of the caster oil helps you swallow with better ease.

Good honey. Poor mail packaging.
The honey is fine. It is a product of Argentina, Uruguay and India. However, it was sent in a plastic mailer so the lid was damaged. The inner seal was intact. The damaged lid shouldn't affect the honey as the lid pops in...others may not get so lucky.
