Fabulous Mantras for Healing
I loved reading The Art of Positive Affirmations and Mantras by B.M. Wolf! I am a big meditator, but I have been looking for ways to incorporate mantras into my day to day life, and this book was the perfect resource for that. Wolf introduces powerful techniques like the “Sa Ta Na Ma” mantra, which uses repetition and visualization to help calm the mind and reduce stress. I already tried that mantra with my class, and it quiets all my students down! Also, when I'm getting ready in the morning, I have been trying out mantras from the book like "I am capable" and "I am deserving." The author also includes great tips on how to combine breathing exercises with mantras, which make it easy to create in your daily routine. Overall, The Art of Positive Affirmations gave me the tools I needed to create a more positive, calm mindset. I highly recommend it!

Much More then the Title Suggests
This book is different from the other positive affirmations I have read lately. It is a lot more in-depth and has a lot more merit. The author does a great job of diving into where positive affirmations and mantras come from. It shows the science and power behind them and gives great ideas on how to implement them in our lives and the transformation they can create. If you want to learn more about affirmations and mantras, this is the book to read.

This book is combination guide, journal and full of resources. I really appreciate that the author included the Sanskrit explanations and versions of mantras. There are so many options for affirmations so you won’t get stuck. Plus, I loved the space to make notes - good reminder to not just read but do set your intentions.This is a keeper!
