Not good quality.
I returned it. It was too thin, as it's cold here around Halloween. I feel if I were to wash it once even on a delicate cycle it would just fall apart. Or it would have probably ripped or tore just from normal wear.

... and the material too was just awful I really disliked it.
I'm seeing more than one badges on the dress online but I was surprise to see just one when i ordered it and there was just nothing on the cap and the material too was just awful I really disliked it.
