No, it does not. You have to buy the lasinoh cream separately. This is because not everyone can use lanolin due to sensitivities.

Could you use these to hide nipple piercings?

They stick to the inside of your bra. I guess they might make the piercing look less raised in a tight top but they wouldn’t work to stick over a piercing.

Hi, I do a circuits class outdoors 4x a week and my nipples get cold and sore, do you think these would work inside of my sports bra?

I used them inside sports bras but I used them to prevent breast milk from leaking while I was working out. Don’t know if they can be used to protect you from cold.
