Could have been a great wig.... kankekon always silky and nice -- love the blond streaks.... but they put it in a net and bag and must not have been careful about smoothing it down first, 'cos all around the mid-section -- front, sides and back, too -- the hairs are broken, so there are little pieces of plastic sticking up. For some reason, I've had a couple like this lately -- but the others I think were used, although their site just says "We wash and restyle"....One wig I saved by cutting off most pieces and spraying, the other -- like this one-- has so much broken hair, that if you go around with scissors and cut off those little plastic bits sticking up, more pop up behind them. Thing about kankelon is, it looks like hair when it's not broken but when it is, those little, half-inch long pieces sticking up allover look like plastic. Screams CHEAP WIG. (And my other with broken hair was a $100 one.)So..out $30 -- I live in a rural area and don't get to town much to the post office, and it was cheap. Just bought it for the color, but...sigh...I WISH people selling wigs would take just a sec to smooth down the hair and put it in the net that way, 'cos I'm gettin' real tired of this. May cut it to shoulder-length and see if that helps any, but since the broken pieces are all the way around, about the mid-length, some higher and some lower, it prob won't. Will try strong hair spray, but I've been thru this before.So wig place, if you're reading this -- will you smooth the wigs down, please? And buyers -- except for Wig Outlet, which sells those "washed, restyled" ones -- and this -- most places are good about not sending out wigs with broken pieces all over, so just be careful where you shop. There's really no excuse for sending out wigs that look like they're used (you know how the back, when it rubs against your chair, gets broken off in parts -- that's how this wig CAME.)

Love this wig. Beautiful style and color. Soft and manageable. Just comb it a few times and it is good to go. Very comfortable.
