A little goes a long way. I haven’t used it much aside from mixing with distilled water for just a magnesium spray, but works for that well.

I do soak baths a lot usually I use Epson salt this time I use magnesium salt. Did I feel a different? Absolutely my whole body just felt totally released. I slept the best. I’ve slept in many many years.
